What is your favorite thing about photography?
Photography is much more than photos! You have a story. I have a camera and a listening heart. I am deeply moved whenever I am given the chance to take photos that embody something symbolic and personal to someone. Photography is creating art for the eye and for the soul. I’m grateful the Lord has given me this outlet as a way to be inspired and to love people.
Plus…it’s a heck of a lot of fun!
How would you describe your personality?
My friends and family would likely answer this question with two words: golden retriever. ;)
I am naturally outgoing and pretty extroverted. I love people and it is rare that I can’t make a new friend.
While I will be your energetic personal hype woman, I also value being a calm listening ear when needed.
What does a session with you look like?
My goal is to make your session feel easy-going and fun! I will direct you- don’t be nervous!
I focus on giving a mix of both natural poses and prompts to capture as much personality as I can.
If you’re ever uncomfortable with a direction I give you, we can try something else! Whatever makes you feel the most relaxed.
Pro tip: If you design your session to feel like YOU, it will be more fun and carefree!
Ex: let’s shoot where you had your first date, or the beach house where you spent every summer growing up, or your favorite coffee shop that you’ve studied countless hours in. I might pump the brakes on some crazy ideas, but until then, anything goes!

I live in Austin, Texas!
Where should I have my session?
Let me first ask…what do you like? A favorite coffee shop? The lake? A trail you like to hike? The beach? (Please choose this one.)
We can shoot wherever you feel is the most “you”.
I am happy to discuss ideas with you if you’re unsure, and always open to trying new things!
How long until I receive my photos after a session?
For most portrait sessions- 3 weeks from the date of your session.
After your shoot, I will begin editing your photos with my style. Once they
are ready for you to see, I will send them to you via email in an online gallery called Pixieset.
Will I receive print or digital photos?
Digital! I will deliver your high resolution photos through an online gallery called Pixieset. If you decide, there is an option to order prints through Pixieset, however this is completely up to you. I do not print these photos myself but do make a small commission if you choose to order through your gallery.

How far out should I contact you to book my session?
1-2 months out is best! This will ensure we find a date that works best for you and me and helps give us time to plan your session. Less chaos, more relaxing fun!
Can I bring my dog(s) to my session?
I love dogs and enjoy having them involved in sessions. However, If you do, I would first consider where we are shooting and determine if the location will be suitable for your dog. Secondly, please bring someone with you to your session who can look after your dog when we take photos of just you!
Do you deliver RAW photos?
No. All photos will be delivered to you already edited and ready for you to share!
Can I put filters on the finished photos if I want them to match my social media feed?
No. The photos I deliver to you are edited with my style and in order to protect my work, I ask that you please not make any further edits or changes to the finished photos. If you book me, I trust that you’ve seen my style and love it.
Do you travel?
Yes! Any travel outside of the Austin area will include a travel fee.
